This bread is very tasty!
Peanut, Soy and Nut-free.
Ingredients:
• 4 tablespoons of butter
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 cup of brown sugar,
• 1 egg
• 11/2 cups of flour
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 3 ripe mashed bananas.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Cream butter and sugar.
3. Add beaten egg. Beat until light and fluffy.
4. Add flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
5. Add bananas.
6. Pour into greased and floured pan.
7. Bake 60-70 minutes or until done.
